Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How It Works
You have a legal right to cancel an order, if your order has just been placed we allow up to 24 hours for you to contact us to cancel your order prior to dispatch.

Please note once your order has been dispatched you will have to pay the costs of posting/shipping the goods to return them to us.

Where you have cancelled an order and your products have already been delivered to you, you should return them to us within 14 days after the day you inform us of your cancellation. Your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after the day we receive your return.

We are able to process an exchange if you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have received. We will review the exchange request on a case-by-case basis. Products that wish to be exchanged are required to be sent back to us and should be unused or opened prior to the exchange being processed and despatched. Please contact us at customer.services@cowhome.co.uk with order details and order number.
In the event that your order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you originally ordered, please email us as soon as possible at orders@cowhome.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
